Toronto artist Sima Fisher fell in love with painting as a young girl, learning at her mother's side. Known for her Horses in Love series, jewel-toned florals and birch trees in her signature purple and turquoise, she has exhibited at Art Basel Miami and opened her own Toronto gallery in 2016. For Sima, painting is a form of meditation — every piece carries its own energy and purpose.
